2025 - Year in Review

As we head into 2026, it’s time for my Annual review of how things went over the past year. Happy New Year 2026!

Throughout the year, I had the absolute pleasure to assist 29 clients with their relocations t0, from, or within Ottawa.

From Where, you ask?

Many folks were just relocating within Ottawa of course, but I also assisted people with their relocations to or from the East Coast to West Coast, and the North. I also assisted folks relocating to/from the US and Europe.

Royal LePage Shelter Foundation

I continue to support the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation by being a Commission Donor. This means that every time that I assist someone with buying, selling, or renting Real Estate in Ottawa, I make a donation to the Foundation.

This year, I donated $600 to the Shelter Foundation through this program, with my total for the last 6 years climbing to $2380

The best thing about the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is that funds raised in Ottawa stay in Ottawa to support local shelters helping women flee domestic violence.

Uncertainty prevailed through 2025

2025 has been a challenging year for a lot of people. There is so much uncertainty within the economy and the elevated cost of living is unrelenting. My goal as a Realtor has, and always will be, to do my best to provide guidance and education to my clients, to help them have as much clarity as possible with their decisions surrounding buying, selling, and relocating.

So, as we move into 2026, I look forward to providing the best support I can to all of my clients as they navigate these big financial decisions concerning their housing needs in Ottawa.

If you’re thinking of a move yourself, or know someone who is, I would be honoured to support you with your needs.

Happy New Year!!
